you can sublease my apt...but it is 480 a month but all utilities are included

I'm looking for someone to sublease 1 room in a 4 bedroom apt for the summer. $265 a month including water; electricity bill varries, but averages around $20-$25 a month/person. It has a big closet and a private bathroom.

I've got a really great room available at the beginning of May through the end of July and maybe longer. Right now it's $350 a month (I pay 380), but that includes utilities and such. It already has a bed, mattress, and desk ready for you, with internet and cable! I am looking for someone to sublease my room at University Woods. The rent is $250 plus utilities which usually don't run over $50.00. I am getting married in May and I can't afford to pay 2 rents, but I am currently living with 3 other NC State girls that are great. The place is about 3-5 miles from campus on is on the CAT bus route. Each room has its own walk-in closet and bathroom. damnit, whats with all these people who have leases that run out at the end of july.

i need one that goes until the middle of august.

yeah most apartment places around here are really strict with their leases and they have a specified date you can move in and a date you have to be out. If it was up to me, I would let you stay at least until school started back. That would seem like the smarter choice, but whatever.
