Okay this summer (July 20-24) I need to rent an RV that will go TO Canada and Back. I don't need something awesome, just something to sleep in.

However I'm trying to keep the cost at a reasonable amount.

5-6 people are going on this trip to WEMF (World Electronic Music Festival) and it'll be split that way. To drive up there in 2 cars costs about $160 for each vehicle round trip (so $320). Add in hotel on the way there and way back ($80x2= $160).

That comes up to around $500 rounded up.

I'm hoping to find an RV rental that is around $1000 including gas costs. Probably won't happen but I'm seeing what's out there.

You could also just rent one of those 15 passenger vans and then sleep in it.

wait..i'm confused...so ur saying it would cost 500 to drive up in cars and stay in a hotel...

but you want to pay twice that to have an rv instead?

Yes actually. Because 2 cars, packed with 5-6 people (Toyota Celica and Honda PAssport) ain't comfortable. Also during the day at the event it's hot as balls. It would be nice to go to a place where we can relax and do whatever.

I'm hoping to find a rental place that will charge me around $500 for the rental and then give me a special rate on the mileage so that it doesn't go over $1000.

Split that between 5-6 people and it's quite reasonable.

The hotel costs I mentioned were cheap and assuming that we don't tell them we have 5 people lol.

heh. Well seeing how the event usually houses over 10,000 people from all over the world I'd say it's got a pretty solid following.

Now that you look stupid. How about helping out
