Unless you like wasting money.
1. Games take 3-4 days to be delivered. Some people might consider this reasonable, but I'm used to 1-2 day delivery from netflix. Not to mention, their primary competition is blockbuster's gamepass, where you could easily rent every game they have for a system in the course of a month.
2. Rate limiting on returns. When I've returned 2 discs on the same day, they "receive" one of them 3 days later than the other.
3. Unknown delays on shipping. The top game on my queue has been "available now" for 3 days, yet has not been shipped. Instead of a customer support line, they have a FAQ full of feel-good answers like "shipping will sometimes take up to 7 days, you will get your games soon"
4. They advertise a huge library of games that wouldnt be at a traditional rental venue. This is the main reason I even subscribed. But they don't tell you until after you join that any even relatively rare game (or even common game that's more than a year or two old) has a huge waiting list. The only way to get them is to leave them at the top of your queue. And when a 'waiting list' game is at the top of your queue, they wait an extra day to ship the 2nd game on your list.

To recap, instead of "unlimited" rentals, you could get 8 at the most in a month. But, because they further limit "receiving" and shipping times, you'll only actually get about 5.

too bad the selection at blockbuster is complete shit.

the only good rental store i've found is hi-tech in greensboro. they rent out obscure games and have reasonable prices. too bad they don't do imports.

depends, if you have a gamerush connected to your bbuster, they have lots of choices.

i stopped renting games a while back when id have to wait weeks to get a new-ish title from bbuster. during the summer i was gonna rent ninja gaiden (before black came out). it was pretty old, but NEVER in.
