Burleson was the catalyst who dominated Len Elmore in the ACC championship and Bill Walton in the Final Four. Without Burleson (and DT), State doesn't win their 1st national title.

I'm not trashing Burleson. Quite the opposite actually. I have a great deal of respect for Tommy Burleson, and I am proud that he is a fellow CALS alum. I was just laughing at that quote and how it will probably become a rallying cry against state alums....
