need to email someone a bunch of junkmail or viruses to help make their life a living hell. thought i could start flooding their inbox with garbage.

I was asked to write it in VB so it would be "maintainable" by other programmers in our department. 25 LOC or so was all it required. The mail had the same subject and was numbered in the message body. Was really useful for testing a couple of things internally with our email system.

I definitely like smooth's idea with the proxies ... less chance of actually getting caught.
