I realize that this probably isn't the "best" place to make these inquires, however, I wanted to use any avenues possible.

Lauren Redman was the former NC State/East Wake HS student that was murdered in Raleigh at the end of last year. I am currently working on this case as defense counsel.

I am attempting to learn more so we can figure out exactly what happened. I am also attempting to get a copy of her obituary if anyone has one.

Thank you in advance for your help. I recognize that asking on a message board is out of the ordinary, but I believe its neccessary for me to research any possible sources. I know that this is a sensitive matter and I want to be respectful in my handling of it.

Yes, this is Jarren's older brother, so this is not a joke. I gradutated from UNC Law in May and am currently working on one of the defense teams.

Sorry I didn't make that more clear. I agonized over even posting this, but I thought the overall possible utility outweighed the awkwardness.
