Being able to read the blue screen would help.
Right click on My Computer, select Properties and then the Advanced tab.
Click on Settings under 'Startup and Recovery' and then uncheck 'Automatically restart'.
Hopefully you can do this quick enough - this will allow you to see what module or process is causing the crash instead of it just rebooting. 4/7/2006 4:17:04 PM |

i forgot where on the net to get the info, it gets nothing on google
this is my landlord's computer so id really appreciate some info
the funny thing is if i leave it on the login screen then it just stays there, but if i log in it stays on for about 30 seconds, ive tried disabling all startup programs,

i would say related to the ram
i had installed some faulty ram and had all types of issues with random reboots. make sure you didn't exceed your allowable ram for the mobo and that the type of ram is compatible with your mobo
well i saw you switched out the ram, so ignore this
