Yeah, at least wait for PS3 to come out before making a decision.

Sony's made a lot of changes to the original plan and it's going to come out different than expected.

Especially since they are actually putting work into a kickass PS3 online system.

yes if you have an hdtv. bf2 online is pretty fun, well actually almost all the games are good online. no lag or anything. xbox live is kicking ass right now. and to all the ps2 fanboys, ill say that i think the ps3 will not be in a comparable price range with xbox 360. i really think they cant afford to sell it for less than $600-700 which is getting rediculous.

I had an Xbox 360 for about 2 months.

Then I realized I had too much school work to ever use it.

So I sold it on eBay for $75 over retail and haven't looked back

360 is awesome... it's got a few good games but for $400... you could buy 80% of a new computer that would do all that it does, connect to your HDTV, AND do a lot more.

more expensive games... but you can play the latest greatest game for 3 solid years or more. versus a PC requires a $100-300 upgrade every year in order to play the latest grame the best possible way.

there are no good games for 360 that you can't play on your pc.

these games are cheaper on the pc.

There are also good pc games that will never be on 360.

for the price of a 360 you could upgrade your computer so it could play any new game that comes out in the next 3-4 years.

xbox live, while a very good service, costs $$

if someone is at your house and you're playing xbox 360, you'd feel obligated to let them play with you. if you were playing on the computer, there'd be less of an obligation because in most cases, they can't.
