Soooo... someone hit my car (03 honda civic) in bruegger's parking lot on avent ferry and drove off I was wondering if anyone has a civic and has ever had to replace the bumper cuz that's what it looks like i'll have to be doing!
Also, know any good places around raleigh that does good body work?? I'll probably get some estimates before reporting this to the car insurance (filed a local report so it doesn't automatically go to insurance) 4/9/2006 6:31:55 PM |

do you plan on doing this yourself? If so, you can try junk yards and see if they have one. You may even find one that is the right color. A bumper will cost about $250+ to replace, and $300 to paint and install if done at a body shop. 4/9/2006 7:04:03 PM |

do you need just the cover or the actual bumper? 4/9/2006 7:13:31 PM |

Got any pics? Bumpers can be very easy to replace if there's no damage underneath. If the mounting points for the bumper are bent then it can be a little more difficult. 4/10/2006 7:47:48 AM |

I'd grab a hammer and try to pop it back out. that looks pretty superficial minor.

hah, you cant just "pop it back out" with a hammer.
if you want to be jew enough, you gotta heat it up good and try to mold it out. 4/10/2006 1:37:30 PM |
