so i have a video file, but the audio is off by almost 9 seconds, what program can i use to move the audio back 9.345 seconds to match the video?

if you want to do it with freeware,
rip the audio with besweet
insert 9.345 seconds with audacity and save a new audio file
re-encode with tmpgenc

there are easier ways but that software isn't free and if you had it, you would know how to use it already.

you can actually just use virtualdub to do it, thanks anyway
