i need to find a summary of a handful of nc statutes

if anybody knows where i can find some, let me know

i know where to find the actual statutes, but need a quick summary for reference

so let me know...i need the following:

most articles aren't that long, why do you need a summary? they have a table of contents if thats what you need

just skim through them.

They seriously aren't all that long or complex, you just have to get through the AMAZING amount of legal bullshit they pile on at the beginning and end. Most statutes have a sentence or two of actual substance.

If there's a statute summary of the NCGS, I haven't seen them...especially for those statutes. The only stuff I've ever found a booklet on are for media-related items like open meetings laws.
