Is anyone a member at this place? If so, what do you think about it in terms of price, equipment, and customer service. With graduation on the horizon, I need to find a new gym soon and this would work great cause it's next to work and appears to be open really late. I absolutely hate Beyond Fitness and will never join them again so don't even bother mentioning their name in this thread.

i'm a member there, happy to answer any questions you have.

if you belong to one spa health club you can work out at any of hte others as well, v. useful if you're by glenwood south, in rtp, or in durham (i live in apex, have classes at state, and work in downtown durham so this is REALLY useful for me)

the manager at the apex one was a bit of a dick to me the first time we spoke, but he later apologised for being a bit snippy and has been nothing short of lovely to me ever since (i also called him on it at the time before going back to the cycling class I was doing at the time)... the staff are friendly, i find that the classes are convenient, the equipment is good as far as i can tell (keep in mind i dont do serious weight stuff and am usually just there for yoga or cardio of some form) - i really don't have any complaints to be honest.

if you want i can get you a free 5-day pass so you can try it out yourself, let me know and i'll see if i can get one/have one around

Spa Health Clubs = Capital Fitness. You should be able to print a trial pass from their website (http://www.capfit.com/).
