pleaseeeee no Haith hes not the right fit here I dont believe, we need a big name, and I doubt the ACC would let him transfer anyways (see Dave Odoms story).

Haith is nowhere near my top choice, but certainly not in my list of disaster hires (Knight, Odom).

I'd be happy with Haith, but hope we can do better at the same time.

why are you so down on haith? the bottom line is we aren't going to get a big name excellent hire here. haith wants the job and he has the potential to be better than herb. that's all we can go after at this point.

there are some names that i definitely think would be worse than herb, ie john brady.

if i had my choice between keeping herb and replacing him with haith, i'd choose to keep herb. we don't have that choice though, and haith has the potential to improve us. i think his desire for our position, his recruiting ability, and the fact that he has already become accustomed to acc play means he has a great chance of succeeding here.

we aren't gonna get rick barnes. you need to start being realistic. we need a coach, now. haith wants the job and i don't see any reason not to give it to him, outside of maybe gillispie wanting it too.
