Make sure you check the specs on the 1907's ... I think they come with a different DVI cable than the 1905's did. Also, the stands are triangular shaped ... pointy end outwards. The 1905's had the semi-circle stands. 4/18/2006 10:01:42 PM |

brightness 1907 > 1905
1907 and 1905 are both analog and DVI-D

i have one i got for ~$270 a couple weeks ago and i love it... mine came with the samsung panel, has excellent color reproduction, higher viewing angles than advertised and 300 nits and 700:1 contrast, it's a 6-bit, but seems to be the next generation of TN panels since it's specs exceed older gens.. i don't mind since i use it for graphics and gaming i appreciate the lower 8ms response time the 6-bit gives along with the samsung color reproduction. i actually love the stand with integraded cabling and no-slip bottom, it's plenty suppportive and more stylish than the 1905fp...
here's the link for the samsung panel that came in mine... http://www.samsung.com/Products/TFTLCD/Monitors_n_Industrial/LTM190EX/LTM190EX.htm
it's listed as 16.7M colors but in the same specs it says it's a TN panel, so i'm really not sure... also some 1907fp's come with the lower spec'd AUO panel..
