That is a very good question.
My thoughts are that they are good enough so as to not house Al-Qaeda or nuke the shit out of India. Without those they'd be with the "Axis of Evil".

israel got a lot of their material from south afric, but its doubtful they have them i think.

i wouldn't worry too much about north korea. if they have one or two, and that's a big if, they would likely not go off or at least not go off correctly as they have never tested what they have.

why would they even want to. theyre too busy hating on each other.

NKorea claims it has missiles capable of hitting the west coast. of course Kim Jong Il is really credible.
