Any old hardcore EQ players out there? I've been messing around with an emulator that some people from my old server got together and set up.

Re-read a lot of my old guild's updates this morning instead of studying for my ma 241 test, I don't think it did anything but make me nostalgic for the game.

Everquest is a shit game. Everquest has millions more followers for one reason, and one reason only. It was first. And because it was first people have invested SOOOOO much time into building characters and friends, and networks of friends, that it's impossilble for them to lose a huge fucking portion of their fan base. If you can call it a fan base. it's more like people that come just because they need a fucking fix.
