I need someone to take over my lease at village green
3 bedroom 3 bath
12 month lease starts in August
REDUCED RATE!! because I signed my lease back in December my lease is only $433. You would pay more for a new lease... so this is a good deal

Gated, tons of amentities, shuttle to campus.

concerns:
a. what are the sexes of the people you're living with?
b. can I just sublease your apartment until the end of your lease without renewing it?

-so I'll be living in VG in august but apparently they can't house anyone else until then
