so i wanna install this on my nc state user space. I have downloaded, extracted, and moved the files onto my unity account but i dont know what to do next. any help would be appreciated. thnx

you can't. NCSU's server for student pages doesn't support PHP. And even if it did, it doesn't give you database access, so you'd have to have your database on another server.
