NCSU and a few miles beyond, tryin to find houses for sale not for rent...anyone with websites that are really helpful?

Get a buyers agent. THey can set up a website custom tailored for your specifications that will instantly update with houses that fit yu are looking for as they come on the market. 95% of the time the house will have a selling agent so you need to have equal representation to know you don't get screwed (and it won't cost you anything)
