For some reason I have yet to figure out, my emotional state always goes like this most days:

Morning: anxious, pensive, distracted, pessimistic
Afternoon: happy, productive, focused, optomistic
Evening: relaxed, social, active, thoughtful

Is anyone else like that? I mean especially with the morning negativity. I can't figure it out. Anyone else like that?

I'm usually hyper in the mornings, thinking about the stuff I have to do and all that, but othertimes I just keep sleeping

well im usually cranky in the mornings because my short nap was rudely interrupted by an alarm clock
i noticed though that i can change it if my attitude also changes, getting excited about the day ahead instead of grumbling about how it's too early.
try it once, you might feel a little better
