This should be easier. what am I doing wrong?

Client wants a group of users to be able to read/write/modify/create files and folders. BUT NOT DELETE ANYTHING. So they can take a folder and rename it, add things to it, rename those, but never delete a thing.

I am having trouble seperating rename/modify and delete.

I have been in advanced permissions tab, I set the folder to Full control, then put a deny on delete and delete subfolders and files. But this will not let them rename files/folders.

Can it be done?, what am I doing wrong? (I also tried multiple other ways with no solution)
