I respect the shit out of Ricky Williams
He is not arrogant
He is a hard worker
He is not greedy
It is refreshing to see someone who doesnt glorify the "baller" lifestyle

Everyone seems so mad at him for "wasting" talent.

Just because you are given talent does not mean that you have to direct your life based around it.
Damn you only get one life and from the sound of it Ricky is living the shit out of his.
He is really into traveling and experiencing other cultures and that is unique and impressive in my opinion. And eventhough it seems that he has very little in common with the characteristics that the NFL supports in their athletes, you have never heard anything except praise for his character on and off the field. I hope that he can make it back so that he can pay the Dolphins the money his contract breech entitled them to. Ricky Williams is a truly unique individual that has done nothing to harm anyone physically or ever attempted to be something that he is not.

i truely believe that this last slipup was ,for once, not a clear cut case of drug use, but instead a result of being caught in a loophole that may end the careers of one of the most refreshing characters in sports today.
