If you can maybe do $350 which will include all utlities and wireless highspeed internet.
I live on Brent Rd which is right off of Gorman St. There are plenty of bus routes on there.
I have picture of the place in my gallery and I am tring to get the room furnished too.

You would have your own room and full bath.
