heres the move

KY buys out the remainder of Tubbys contract, which they are talking about doing anyways or he in some part buys it out, we pick him up...Kentucky then proceeds to talk to Barnes offers him the job away from Roy and K and he accepts, Lavin being the top candidate but could be anyone else, is then offered the Texas job and it works out.

thats how i see it going down.
