does anyone know how to use ALEKS at the unity lab? It's saying I can't download the plug-in. I know I've heard of some others doing Aleks here, so there must be a way? Thanks a lot!

I was told that he wouldn't download everything until five today, so that's why I am doing some last-minute stuff on it. I didn't end up finishing it, but I'm trying to. Honestly, this course is no longer a major requirement for me, so I am focusing the majority of my efforts on my other classes. If I can do a couple more things in aleks, I'll be able to pull an A- or A in this class.

Yeah, once I found out they were dropping this class from ACC requirements, my attentiveness toward it went right down the toilet.

yeah, i basically said screw it. It's not gonna help me with the minor anymore...and it's only a 1 hour class. Not worth the effort.

to SCSTL, you can still stay on the old curriculum if it works better with your current plan. If you haven't taken acc 340, however, it is only being offered as a 1 unit during the first summer session. After that, you'll have to take it as a 3 unit class.

well, i've now taken ACC340 and ACC211, but have not taken ACC100 yet...so now i'm gonna have to take 2 more 3 hour classes instead of one 1 hour class and a 3 hour class.

I've "heard" that they will substitute something else for that acc 100, check it out and see what they say. Just in case you can get out of taking more credits than necessary. But you'll have to check soon. Good luck!

I believe they are letting people take BUS 100 to replace ACC 100.

BUS 100 is just a one hour credit class. It meets on fridays in nelson 3400.

Im 90% sure that this is correct.

oh yeah and if your gonna take acc 310 or 311 you better take it in the summer before they change it and make it harder...just a warning

You're correct. I'm taking it in the fall. ACC 100's the only class I had left on the old curriculum so Nowell told me I could substitute BUS 100. You have to get it manually added to your schedule though. (or I did when I registered a month ago)

someone said they are gonna add the acc 211 workload to either 310 or 311, but im not sure, i just know if your gonna take it, take it this summer, before it gets tougher. i gaurantee if you email andy nowell and tell him you heard that he will know exactly what you are talking about and fill you in...
