Pretty sure the sun still works, and I think that it is free.

i went to ncsu...western? where'd you get that?

i know, i hate the "cancer bed"...but i really don't want to be fried to a crisp for pictures and the trip (i'm getting married in st. lucia)...it isn't sunny enough yet for me to get a tan from running outside...traditional laying out is just a waste of time that i don't have right now...soooo, still looking for suggestions...

do spray tan. Tanning beds are cancer beds.

I don't think there are any in Cameron Village, at least I've never been to one.

I know i'm beating a dead horse, but you really should avoid tanning. You don't need a base tan! Just use sunblock, use 45, reapply every 2 hours and you won't burn. I mean even if you don't care about skin cancer, you seem to care about looking good, why would you want sun spots and wrinkles?

As for tanning, i broke down and tried St. Tropez, it's a bottle tan you can get at Sephora or Ulta, and it works great. It's really natural, not orange at all, no one can tell! If you get it, get the starter kit that comes with exfoliant and lotion, as well as instructions. As for price, the starter kit is about 30 if you get it find it online, or about 50 in the stores.

I hate these threads.

The fact that this one was started by a male ("man" is inappropriate) is devastatingly sad.

don't do a spray tan, ew. if you don't get those right they look like crap.

there's a place by packbacker's that's pretty cheap. i don't know about any real close to cameron village. this one is like $5 a time, which is good.

laying out is still the best, though. it's supposed to get really warm, why not just hang out outside for an hour each day? i know you said you didn't have time.. but driving/running to the tanning bed, laying in one for 10-15 minutes, going back.. you might as well just lay out. and it looks better.

I mean, male tanning is gay and all, but it's not like he's going to be doing this every other day. he just wants to get a base tan and not look pale. I don't really see anything wrong with that. Now, the dudes who are dark brown in the winter are the ones you should worry about.

come on, mr. swann. I see you on a regular basis when we're both out running (usually at the track), and you don't look the least bit pale to me. If anyone needs a tan, it's yours truly.

However, if you still feel the need, I noticed there is a place over at mission valley, like directly beside kerr drug and that pizza/bar place. I don't know the names of anything over there, but just drive by the next time you get a chance.
