Saw Better than Ezra at Cat's Cradle back in like '97. It was the last show of their tour and they were amazing. Played for a couple hours and their encore consisted of each band member picking a cover song they wanted to play... surprised how well they played "Sunday, Bloody Sunday"

i saw them in 97 also, but at Marz night club or whatever that place was
they did amazing jobs on each cover they played

yeah, Gin Blossoms were definitely WAY underrated.

I think I might go with Alice In Chains or the Black Crowes being the most underrated band of the 90s, though (being fully aware that they both had more success than the Gin Blossoms).
