Dershem said she was shocked by the scolding and complained to management when she paid her check. Dragon House manager Kent Cao said his restaurant does not offer an all-you-can waste buffet. He said Dershem's family took food, didn't finish it and then piled on the same food again, he said. He says he won't allow her back in the restaurant unless she changes her ways. "

After discussing this topic with me, myself, and I...

... I've figure out that those egg rolls you get from Chinese restaraunts are stank nasty... would you guys concurr? I love the ones my wife makes though

They should have told them not to come back after their last visit and refused service when they came in.

Waiting for them to order food just to watch it happen again is pointless and just causes more problems. This was poorly handled.

4^well, it's not that often that you hear about someone getting kicked out of a buffet for wasting food. the owners were probably just not sure what to do, and it got to the point where they couldn't take it anymore.
