^^ i'd suggest you go, they've upgraded the place so much in 10 years, it is a really nice place for a Double A team

now that the 64 bypass is open they are really trying to cater to the untapped market of expanding exurbs, filled with supposedly "proper" soccer moms etc, who can afford an overpriced plate of ^that stuff, and more importantly - they long to overpay for class

this is of course the idea rather than just keep drawing the same baseball lovin' yokels from the surrounding 5 counties, who thumb their noses as people paying that much for that little

CLASS WARFARE BEGINS HERE

1997 called. It wants it's minor league baseball team name back.

It's the Norfolk Tides and has been for going on 7 years now.

you cannot dispute that in 1997 the team was called that

it may have been changed later

but 2006 - 7 = later than 1997

perhaps 1997 is the year that is exceptionally longing to have the old name back

Jesus christ savages. You think I'm stupid enough to not realize 1997 was 9 years ago.. I was just being an ass..

^ Hey Ernie I can do math.

Mets 21-10
Phils
Braves 13-18

That's 8 games back!
