How can I forward everysingle message (that isn't blocked spam or blocked addresses) to a different email account?

I'm not sure that you can set NCSU's squirrelmail client to auto forward, but you can set other webmail clients like gmail and yahoo!mail to fetch your untiy mail for you.

just e-mail accounts@ncsu.edu from your NCSU address and tell them where to forward it to

Yeah I got it. You just have to go to "server-side options" and set it up there.
