if you are a member at REI you can use your 20% off one full price item coupon to get a bike. knocks a bunch off the price. Other than that try some pawn shops around and over off capital. A lot of pawn shops dont know what they have when they get a bike in.

I saw your away message earlier about buying a racing bike or something. What kind of riding are you looking to do? I saw some decent ones come up on craigslist over the past week or so, but I think most of them were around the 54-56 range.

I am training for a triathlon at the end of August, and I need a larger bike than the one I have been using. I have a Cannondale, it's just old and a little small for me.

Which tri? I just did my first one, a sprint, over the weekend. Probably gonna do the Triangle Tri in July.
