the only thing i really like about beyond fitness is the "rumor" that the owner from apex high - flipped 100k in coke in 1 night to cover additional costs that all of a sudden came up years ago

This is a horrible deal for people with no self discipline. They get excited about the gym for five weeks (and that's stretching it) and quit. They'd save 50% by joining Planet Fitness for $10/month and $30 startup.
