Amato got a 2.5 which means he's in a safe to solid position.

Bunting got a 3 which means he's in the bubble to you never know category.

please, giving roof at duke a 3.5 for one of the hottest seats on that list is just a bit ridiculous.

the highest rating he gave was 3.5, so readjust this and amato is a 4, which would sound about right.

this list is worthless since Bowden and Paterno aren't given 0's. there's no way in hell either of those guys would get canned.

^Tommy Bowden got a 2.

If Clemson football is so great, why do they settle for his results losing to Wake every year?

Bowden is a GREAT recruiter, but not so great coach. Man that sounds familiar to Chuck.

Chuck isn't even that good of recruiter. His best talent is finding unheralded players that turn into stars (ie Manny Lawson, Stephen Tulloch, John McCargo)

^^om, I think it was blatantly obvious when he lumped "Bowden" with Paterno, he was talking about BOBBY Bowden

^No shit.

I was talking about how the list isn't even close to being accurate.

Tommy Bowden has less job security than Chuck does.

^I'm not sure about that... I'd have to double check, but since he's won one or two Bowden Bowls, and beaten USC a few times, I'd say Clemson's "big-dicks" are happier with him than State's are with Amato. But, I'm not sure about that.

As far as I'm concerned Philip Rivers for head coach, Chuck Amato for chief recruiting coordinator, or something like that.

If Tammy Bowden had lost to USC in either of the last two seasons, his chair would be warmer than Amato's, but neither have to do anything this year except get to the all important 6 win plateau. Although Tammy has serious top 15 talent if he can get a serviceable QB so he may need 7-8 wins.
