It's in Dominion at Walnut Creek, and about 5 mins from State or Meredith. It is 350/mo + 1/2 utilities (usually around 50) and nice area. My roommate is getting married so I need to fill her space. The bedroom has a huge walk in closet with your own bathroom. I'm usually only there in the mornings and late at night. I need someone who is not allergic to cats as I will be getting a kitten in 2 weeks, but it can stay in my room/bathroom if needed. Washer/dryer are not included (as the rent price would increase too much) but the apt complex has those available to use. I would like to meet them before they move in just to introduce each other. Person needs to be clean, and pets are okay (as long as they are good with a cat).
