Anyone in this course? It'd be cool to get together weekly to study and to share one book. I'll happily pay half the textbook cost. Since she said focus on the lecture I doubt the book will be so necessary that we'd need to look at it every day.

as long as you go to the class, there's no need for the text book... and being a summer class, i would suggest goin to class- he likes to say little examples in class that you would never find in the book or notebook and ask about them on the tests

It's Dr. Gardener for the first summer session. I would say if you can find some way to get the problem sets and attend class regularly you should be ok.

The course pack is basically just power point slides though so if you fall behind you may be in a bit of trouble.

Okay what's bad about Gardner?

She seems okay so far except sometimes she goes through it as though we should know some of it already, and be able to grasp it pretty quickly.

her tests were really hard, but if you have time to study and arent working to much it shouldnt be horrible, I have the old tests...if anyone wants to pay me a little bit tp copying them, and shipping i will send them to you...pm me
