Really loud, or just loud?
You can upgrade the horn for a slight increase in sound.
You can buy mini air horns that are decently louder.
You can buy an air compressor and a tank, and keep it in your trunk, and have it powered by your car battery. Then you install truck or train horns. Very, very loud.

i got a two-tone horn to replace the wuss horn in my corolla at harbor freight. hook up one wire and mount it where your old horn was. very easy.
