I've been using skype to call overseas... The only problem is that it's always breaking up, especially at the beginning of each convo... what can I do to improve the quality when calling pc to pc?

use a headset with earphones and built in mic.

..... and stop all your bittorrents and whatnot - use as little internet traffic as possible while you're talking.
