its all crooked and shit. hah and i dont feel like messing w/ it again. i have too many other car maint/projects going on.

i'll pay someone a fair amount to level the tips out and center it in the rear bumper cutout. it has brand new hangers and all the nuts/bolts are in good shape (nothings seized) so everythings in good shape
