He posted a bunch of old tests and homework assignments on the website through courses.ncsu.edu when I was in his class. I still have some stuff from the class on my computer, but I don't remember if I have any assignments or tests though...

Not sure if you're the type or not, but don't skip a single class. Perfect attendance = he takes care of you for the final grade.

That class is not difficult.
I would recommend actually studying. It teaches you a lot about investments, very useful class.
