You people are going to LOVE this movie. It's cute as a bug's ear. I was most pleased with the fact that Carrell really does have what it takes to do the big drama stuff. Funny as hell, really sweet, and, yeah, cuter than baby Jesus.

It has parts that are dark and it has parts that are lighter.

I would completely disagree with that assessment. It's fairly short, lots of uncomfortable bits, yeah, but LOTS of funny shit. For what it's worth, it's got 93% on RottenTomatoes from critics and 91% from users. That's incredibly high for that site.
