In the East Regional Championships for Outdoor Track held at NC A&T today and yesterday

Julia Lucas got 3rd in the 1500
Mitchell Pope got 2nd in the Shotput with a throw of 62"5' which is a massive PR for him
And Ebony Foster won the East Regional 100 meter hurdles with a time of 12.97

they all goin to Sacramento in two weeks to represent for the pack, and there may even be more going

The Nationals will run June 7th- June 10th and will be televised live!!!!

John Henderson is going to nationals also for the 3000m steeple chase, based on his best time for the season

you've got a little typo in there. Lucas was 3rd in 5000m in 16:02, not 1500.
