I did a search before I posted this and couldn't find anything. Has anyone ever lived in Autumn Ridge Apartments (off of Duraleigh) or Four Seasons at Umstead Apartments (off of Ebeneezer Church)? My husband an I are considering moving to one of these apartments and I wanted to see if anyone had any experience with either of them. 6/1/2006 2:32:27 PM |

My wife and I lived there for one year right after we got married. I don't really have any complaints. They have made a good effort to remodel them, which is a plus w/ older apartments, and b/c they are older, I was able to negotiate a low rent, especially compared to similar sq. ft. around the area. All in all, it was a good place. We liked the location and there was very little disruption in the community.
Other than that general response I can't think af anything to tell you. If you have specific ?'s feel free to ask. 6/1/2006 4:40:40 PM |

I LOVED Four Seasons at Umstead when I was there a year or so ago. The apartments are very nice for the price. I left a review on apartmentratings.com about them. 6/1/2006 4:59:44 PM |

^I know, I know. But with the way gas prices AND the traffic on I-40 are going, we've really gotta move closer to my work. SS has been good to us, but it's time to move on. 6/2/2006 10:29:03 AM |
