My current video card is pissing me off, so I'm looking to replace it. Looking for various older VGA cards that have DVI output. I'm not a gamer, so performance really isn't the important issue for me. Just looking for something that runs reasonably well, doesn't make a screaching noise, and won't cost me and arm and a leg...
