I'm moving to Florida in late summer and need someone to take my spot in the apartment. 1 years lease of the Fall/Spring of 06/07. That makes 2 Open BR Suites at University Suites (corner of Trailwood/Tryon). Low monthy payment of less than 500. Currently 2 laid-back easy going guys as roommates. ALSO::: I'll match any offer that U. Suites is offering (free 1st month rent, etc) plus throw in $50....
