all of these threads were started after his suspension and no one got suspended. All of his stupid threads were in chit-chat where they belong.

He didn't get suspended for making all of the Kaplan threads, he got suspended for making a thread basically directly challenging Gunzz. I think the thread got deleted but he deserved to be suspended.
