There was a song released some time around 1998-1999 w/ "Return to Innocence" by Enigma as the background music, but the actual vocals are some old guy offering typical commencement-type commentary ("do this, don't do that" etc). I vaguely remember it, but not all that well.

Anyone have the slightest idea of the song title, or any of the lyrics for a Google search?

I've got a friend who's looking for it and I told her I'd try to help... but I'm coming up empty thus far

It's on Baz Lurman's CD. I believe the song is "Everybody's Free (to Wear Sunscreen)".
