This is really interesting stuff. Everyone knows when you go to the beach for the day you feel good right? The sun, salt, and air surrounds you.....its awesome. During the summer I dont have to wash my face, clean my ears with Q-tips or use a nailbrush. All because of the ocean.
Apparently the crashing of the waves on the shore creates negative ions whcih the human body reacts positively to. Negative ions have been proven to increase sleep quality, reaction time, skin condition and overall immune function.

Has anyone heard of a negative ion generator.....is there one around here?

I saw a study that tanning beds and lying in the sun are addicitive because of the euphoric effect they create on you and make you relax and feel good when you get out. 6/13/2006 12:33:01 PM |
