As of right now, Monty is one of three that are under par. Leader at -2.

Lefty is Even par and finished for the day.

Tiger is +5 through 10.

he has played some great shots and some terrible ones as well. Easy to see he hasnt played competitively in quite a while.

Here's to Tiger not making the cut!

That way we can watch all of the other players and not all of his damn shots.

Phil is gonna be tough.

Damn....he's now +7 through 11.

I knew he would be rusty, but shit, he was just bragging about how great he was playing the course the last 2 days.

I like Tiger and like seeing him do well, but making your first tourney since the Masters a U.S. Open is a gargantuan task to bear.

Andy North picked Clark to win.

Maybe he will come back strong today.

What if Duval came out of nowhere and pulled something off

currently 2-under on the day, five-over for the championship

^ I read an article about him in this month's Golf Digest. Duval sounds like he is getting back to atleast being an average player. He apparently had all kinds of health issues to go along with his mental problems that really caused his downfall. I wouldn't mind seeing him do well in this Open.

I think Phil is going to put it together and win this thing.

Or at least I hope.

Ive already won $20 because he finished ahead of Tiger, so Im really happy Tiger is gone.

Should be a fun final round tomorrow. I think Ferrie will struggle tomorrow, I really don't like his swing. Should be interesting if Monty, Furyk, or Singh can get hot early, maybe one can keep up with Phil.

Go Phil!

Also, what happened between Ogilvy and his caddy? I turned NBC on, and heard them talking about them arguing with each other over something, but they never said what.

Ogilvy wanted to go for a Par 5 in 2, and the caddy talked him out of it, wisely. But then Ogilvy threw a hissy fit

He'd better kiss his fucking caddy for making him lay up yesterday. I was rooting against him (and Ian Polter for dressing like a douchebag) because of his little hissyfit yesterday. Without Collin and Phil doing their Jean Van de Velde imitations, his wussy ass would have lost.

Oh well, good tourney nonetheless

i know the course was tough, but no one came alive at all.

for all the dramatics, that was not very exciting golf.

^^You don't follow or play golf then.

That my friend was golf at its best.

When the best players in the world struggle, that is what they had in mind for a U.S. Open.

A+ for Winged Foot.

it was very exciting to watch...especially on the holes where a great shot with a little backspin ends up rolling off the green and into the rough.
