It's a good idea if you're going to post something in classifieds to either post pictures directly into the thread, or at least have them in your gallery. No one is going to take the thread seriously if they don't know what they're going to get. Good luck selling your couch.

I have come to the conclusion that you can't really sell anything worth value on TWW. People want to get UNREALISTIC deals. They want to low-ball the crap out of you and 90% of the time aren't even serious. I feel like its a waste of time.

My experience has been pretty good so far with craigslist. Try posting it there and I am sure that you'll get a lot more serious buyers who are actually serious about buying your stuff. Just be careful of scams (i.e. people who want to pay you more for your stuff via mail, etc...)
