I’m overly self-conscious about my weight and I’m under 200 lbs. all of the props for losing that much weight.

^^I didn't really have any joint or back pain before I lost the weight. I'm sure I would've had problem eventually if I didn't do anything. The biggest difference is how much more rested I feel when I get up in the morning. I get much better quality sleep and that helps throughout the day.
